What do you do for exercise? I do whatever I can. Running Swimming, rowing, pop pilates, yoga, the eliptical, walking and more.

Tips to start losing weight? Go health food shopping and start stocking up on veggies, fruit, and lean protien. Try cutting out red meat and foods high in sodium and sugar. Substitute old favorite foods with healthier alternatives. Fitblrs are also a great sourse of tips and information aside from being so motivational.

How did you stay motivated? Tumblr is definately one sourse of motivation. But it also comes from me telling myself I need to do it. It’s one thing to look at fitspo all day but to get up and JUST DO IT has to come from you. Think of your goal and stick to it. Th self discipline has to come from you.

How did you do it? This question is always hard to answer. It’s the little things that I did that counted the most. If you really want to know what I did looking through my blog is your best bet.

Can you follow my weight loss blog? I get so many people who follow me from thier personal blogs. When I follow them back they want me to check out thier weightloss blog.
